Use this dialog box to control how the specified data is to be retrieved. This dialog box is also used for selecting options related to scheduled or non-scheduled search and retrieve operations. Note that all the options described in this help may not be available and only the options displayed in the dialog box are applicable to the component installed on the client.
Specifies whether to retrieve data to a mailbox, and enables options applicable for this type of retrieve.
- Retrieve to Original Client
Specifies that data must be retrieved to the original client computer.
- Retrieve to Different Client
Specifies that data must be retrieved to a different client computer. To change the destination computer, select one from the list.
- Target Mailbox
Specifies whether to retrieve archived messages to a target mailbox and displays a list of target mailboxes to which the archived messages can be retrieved. To specify a target mailbox, select the checkbox and then select a target mailbox from the list.
- Retrieve to Default Destination Folder
Specifies whether to retrieve data to the default destination folder.
- Retrieve to Different Folder
Specifies whether to retrieve data to a different folder. Use the corresponding space to enter the folder on the destination computer to which the data will be retrieved, or click Browse to specify the destination folder. If the specified folder does not exist, it will be created during the retrieve process.

- When message exists
Specifies that if an item selected for retrieve already exists, it will be overwritten by the retrieved item.
Specifies that all items selected for retrieve will be added to the folder regardless of whether they currently exist or not. The Append option is selected by default.
Specifies that if an item is selected for retrieve and that item already exists, it will not be retrieved.
To PST File
Specifies whether to retrieve data to a PST file, and enables options applicable for this type of retrieve.
- Use this space to enter the name and path of the PST file to which the messages are to be retrieved, or click the " ... " button to specify the destination. If the specified path does not exist, it will be created during the retrieve process.

- Local Drive
Specifies that the name and path of the PST file exists on a local drive.
Specifies that the name and path of the PST file exists on a network drive.
Specifies that this job will be run immediately.
Specifies that this job will be scheduled.
Click to open the Alert Wizard to configure an alert for this job.
Click to delete an alert for this job.
Click to schedule or immediately run this find and retrieve operation, depending on whether you have selected the Scheduled or the Run Immediately option.
Click to select additional retrieve options.
