Subclient Properties (Full Text Index)

Use this tab to add, modify, or view Full-Text Index information for the selected subclient. Typically, there is one full-text index per repository created by each index server. The full-text index is made up one or more plain files, located either inside or outside the associated storage area.

Backup FTI

Click to have the Full-Text Index included in the backup. This option is automatically selected for the default subclient.

Full Text Index Quiesce Script

Enter the name of the script or click Browse to specify a Full-Text Index Quiesce Script. This script is mandatory.

A sample script resides in the Documentum iDataAgent installation path in the following location: <installation_path>/Base/cvfti_shutdown.sh.

FTI Name

Displays the name of the Full-Text Index, which is automatically detected after a Documentum instance is configured.

Client

Displays the name of the client computer on which the Full-Text Index resides.

FTI Path

Displays the name of the path in which the Full-Text Index resides on the client computer.

Full Text Index UnQuiesce Script

Enter the name of the script or click Browse to specify a Full-Text Index UnQuiesce Script. This script is mandatory.

A sample script resides in the Documentum iDataAgent installation path in the following location: <installation_path>/Base/cvfti_startup.sh.

Add

Click to add a Full-Text Index (FTI).

Edit

Click to edit a Full-Text Index (FTI).

Delete

Click to delete a Full-Text Index (FTI).
