Managing Accounts in CommVault Monitor

The following sections describe the available options to manage accounts to access the application.

Add a New Account

  1. Tap the icon from the home screen.
  2. Tap the  icon to register a new account.
  3. Provide the CommServe credentials and connectivity settings.

    If the new CommServe credentials you plan to provide are the same as other accounts stored in the application, tap the icon and select the account that matches your credentials to pre-populate the Username and Password boxes.

  4. Tap Save.
This account is saved for future access.

Switch or Edit an Account

  1. Tap the icon from the home screen.
  2. Tap an account and select one of the following options:
    • Switch - Tap to switch to a different account.
    • Edit - Tap to update the CommServe credentials and connectivity settings.
