Downloading Reports from Software Store

Table of Contents

Overview

Frequently, we build new reports for the Web Console and publish those new reports to the Software Store. If you have access to reports on your Web Console and also have access to our Cloud Services Web site, you can download new reports from the Software Store and view them on your Web Console. After you download a report, you can view it immediately from inside the Software Store. If we publish any changes to the report on the Software Store, you can update the report to the newest version. Reports available on Software Store are not limited to and are not always based on the scripts in the latest Service Pack. Also, reports might be available only for a limited time.

Reports are configured to display only data for the CommServe computer where you download the report. After downloading, you can configure the report to include other CommServe computers, or information from other types of databases.

There are two types of reports available on the Software Store: Basic and Premium. Basic reports are available to all users for download. Although you can see a list of the Premium reports, you must contact your Account Representative to download them.
