Readiness Check - View Report

Client

To check the readiness of a client:

  1. Open the CommCell Console.
  2. In the CommCell Browser, expand Client Computers, and then right click a client.
  3. Point to All Tasks, and then click Check Readiness.

    The Client Connectivity window appears.

  4. (Optional) To see details for the selected client, click Show Details.

    The Information window appears.

MediaAgent

To check the readiness of a MediaAgent:

  1. Open the CommCell Console.
  2. In the CommCell Browser, expand Storage Resources | MediaAgents, and then right-click a MediaAgent.
  3. Point to All Tasks, and then click Check Readiness.

    The MediaAgent Connectivity window appears.

  4. (Optional) To see detailed information for the MediaAgent, click Show Details.

    The Information window appears.
