MM2015: Vault Tracker policies are disabled
Cause
If multiple libraries are attached to the Vault Tracker policy, and any one of the library is deconfigured or deleted, then the Vault Tracker policy becomes disabled.
Resolution
You must enable the Vault Tracker policy manually in the CommCell® Console.
- From the CommCell Brower, expand to Policies | Vault Tracker Policies.
All of the available Tracking Policies appear in the right pane of the CommCell Browser.
- Right-click the policy that was disabled, and then click Properties.
- In the Tracking Policy Details dialog box, select the Enable check box.
- Click OK.
Cause
If a single library is attached to the Vault Tracker policy, and if that library is deconfigured or deleted, then the Vault Tracker policy becomes disabled.
Resolution
The Vault Tracker Policy is disabled until you assign at least one library to the policy. Add a new library or any available library to the Vault Tracker Policy, and then enable the policy.
- From the CommCell Brower, expand to Policies | Vault Tracker Policies.
All of the available Tracking Policies appear in the right pane of the CommCell Browser.
- Right-click the policy that was disabled, and then click Properties.
- Click the Source tab.
- Expand Libraries
- Select the new library that you want to add.
- Click the General tab.
- Select the Enable check box.
- Click OK.
