Changing the Administrator for Your Cloud Services Account
Contact us to manage user access to information about your CommCell environment on the Cloud Services website. If the administrator who registered your CommCell environment with the Cloud Services website leaves the company, and you don't have the original auth code, we can assign a new administrator. If you need to add or remove users who have access to the information about your CommCell environment, we can update your user list.
- Send an email to CloudServices@commvault.com that contains the following information:
- CommCell ID
- Company Name
- Name and email address for each user that should be added
- Name and email address for each user that should be removed
