Send the Current Data View as an Email Attachment

Send the current data view to a specified email address as an email attachment.

  1. In the upper-right corner of the current data view, click File > Email .
  2. In the Email Report dialog box, click a Format option to convert the current data view to a specified file type.
  3. In the Email Recipient(s) box, type the full email address where you want to send the current data view.

    To email multiple recipients, type each full email address in the Email Recipient(s) box separated by a comma.

    For example: johndoe@company.com, janesmith@company.com, ...

  4. Click Submit.

Schedule to Send the Current Data View as an Email Attachment

Schedule to email the current data view to a specified email address on a daily or weekly basis.

  1. In the upper-right corner of the current data view, click File > Schedule.
  2. In the Add Schedule section, type a name for the schedule in the Name box.
  3. Click a Format option to convert the current data view to a specified file type.
  4. In the Email Recipient(s) box, type the full email address where you want to send the current data view.

    To email multiple recipients, type each full email address in the Email Recipient(s) box separated by a comma.

    For example: johndoe@company.com, janesmith@company.com, ...

  5. Next to How Frequently, select an option as follows:
    To... Then...
    Send an email every day
    • Click Daily.
    Send an email on a specific day of the week
    1. Click Weekly.
    2. Select the check box of the day or days of the week on which you want to email the report.
  6. In the At what time box, enter a time at which to send the email on the specified day(s).
  7. Click Save.

Modify, Disable, or Delete an Existing Schedule

Modify the details of an existing schedule, temporarily disable a schedule, or delete a schedule from the Schedules dialog box.

  1. Go to the data view of the report for which you want to modify an existing schedule.
  2. In the upper-right corner of the data view, click File > Schedule.

    Edit the details of an existing schedule
    1. Click the Edit icon next to the name of the existing schedule that you want to edit.

      The schedule information for the selected schedule appears in the Add Schedule section.

    2. Modify the schedule information in the Add Schedule section.
    3. Click Save.
    Disable an existing schedule
    1. Click the Edit icon next to the name of the existing schedule that you want to edit.

      The schedule information for the selected schedule appears in the Add Schedule section.

    2. Select the Disable check box.
    3. Click Save.
    Delete an existing schedule
    1. Click the Delete icon next to the name of the existing schedule that you want to delete.
    2. When prompted, click OK to confirm the deletion.

Change the Number of Items to Export

By default, only the first fifteen entries are included in an exported list. If the dataset exceeds fifteen entries, you can change the number of items to include in the exported list from the listing view.

  1. From the current data view, click the View Data/View Mailboxes button.
  2. Click the column headings to sort the data according to your needs.
  3. Type or click to change the number in the Number of items to export box.
  4. Proceed with exporting your data to the appropriate format.

Create a Printer Friendly View of the Report

  1. From the current data view, click File > Print.
  2. The report appears in a new tab that is formatted for printing.
  3. Print the report from your browser.

Export to PDF

Use this option to export the entire report to PDF.

You can export reports to the PDF file format. PDF exports are limited to 2,000 rows of data.

  1. Open a report.
  2. Click File > Save AsPDF.

    A copy of the report is downloaded to your computer. The download process might take some time, depending on the size of data in your report.

  3. When the download is complete, save or open the file.

Export to HTML

Use this option to generate an MHTML file of the entire report.

  1. Open a report.
  2. Click File > Save As > HTML.

    A copy of the report is downloaded to your computer. The download process might take some time, depending on the size of data in your report.

  3. When the download is complete, save or open the file.

Export to CSV

Use this option to generate a CSV file of all tables in the report.

If the report table contains more than 50 rows, we will create the CSV file in the background because it might take a long time. If you are still logged on to Web Console when the CSV file is finished, the CSV file will be downloaded to your computer. If you log off Web Console before the CSV file is finished, when you log on to Web Console again, you can download the CSV file from the Download Reports page. For more information, see Downloading CSV Files from Download Reports.

  1. Open a report.
  2. Click File > Save As CSV.

    A copy of the report is downloaded to your computer. The download process might take some time, depending on the size of data in your report.

  3. When the download is complete, save or open the file.
