Job Priority (0-9)
Establishes the priority of the jobs submitted by this client computer. Valid values range from 0 through 9, where 0 has the highest priority. For other job priority settings, use the General tab of the Job Management dialog box.
Note: For the Exchange Database Agent, job throttling is available for standalone environments only. It is not available for DAG (Database Availability Group) environments.
Enables client-level job throttling. This check box is available after job throttling is enabled at the CommServe level. See Enabling Job Throttling.
- Exclude Immediate Jobs
Exclude immediate jobs from being throttled. All application command line jobs and CommCell Console jobs run with the immediate option are counted as immediate jobs. Use this option to run a backup without waiting for the queue to clear even when the job limits have been reached on the client. When this option is set, scheduled jobs are the only jobs throttled.
- Data Threshold
Limits the number of data backup jobs that run simultaneously. When the maximum number of simultaneously running jobs is reached, new backup jobs submitted for the client are queued and run when current-running jobs are complete. The default value is 1.
Note: An SnapProtect backup and command line backup are counted as a data jobs. The SnapProtect backup copy to tape job is not counted.
- Log Threshold (Does not apply to the Exchange Database Agent)
Limits the number of log backup jobs that run simultaneously. When the maximum number of simultaneously running jobs is reached, new backup jobs submitted for the client are queued and run when current-running jobs are complete. The default value is 1.

Specifies a disk capacity threshold that, if exceeded, causes the software to prune job results. The disk referred to is the disk on which the job results of the client computer are stored (probably a local disk). Note that capacity utilization refers to the combined disk usage of all data (including applications) stored on the disk, not just that portion used for job results.
- Low space threshold job results folder (MB)
