APSS - Missed SLA Report - Overview

The APSS - Missed SLA (Service Level Agreement) Report displays information about the subclients in all CommCell environments that missed SLA, the reason, and provides an option to exclude that subclient from the SLA calculation and strike count.

Access

This report is available as a download from Software Store. Once you have downloaded it, view the report in Web Console on the Private Metrics Reporting Server.
