Health Report - Client Strike Count

This report provides detailed information about strike counts for clients in the CommCell environment.

To view this report:

  • In the Health Report, in the Client table, next to Strike Count, click View Details.

Client Strike Count Summary

This table provides information about the subclients that failed to back up.

Column Description
Strikes The symbol for one, two, and three or more strikes, or days that backup jobs failed.
Subclients The number of subclients that have failed backup jobs for one, two, or three consecutive days.
Clients The number of clients that have failed backup jobs for one, two, or three consecutive days.

Full Backup job Strike Details

This table provides information about the subclients with backup jobs that failed.

Column Description
CommCell Name Name of the CommCell environment.
Strikes Symbol for the number of strikes, or days that the backup jobs failed, for the subclient.
Client Name of the client.
Physical Client Name Name of the client hardware.
Client Group Client groups associated with the client.
Agent Type of agent.
Backup Set Name of the backup set.
Subclient Name of the subclient with failed backup jobs.
Last Failure Time Date when a backup job last failed on the subclient.
Strikes Since Date strikes last began.
Error Code Error code associated with the failed job, if applicable.
Last Job Failure Reason Reason that the last backup job failed.
Last Failed Job ID Identifier for the last failed job.
Last Job Backup Type Type of last backup job, such as Full.
Last Job Status Status of the last attempted job, such as Killed.
Total Client Counts Total number of clients in the CommCell environment.
Total Subclient Counts Total number of subclients in the CommCell environment.
Last Successful Job ID Identifier for the last successful job.
Last Successful Job End Time Day that the last successful job ended.
Exclude Strikes Before Strikes older than the indicated number are excluded from the calculation.
