Configuring SLA Days at the CommCell Level
By default, Service Level Agreement (SLA) is set to calculate data over 30 days at the CommCell level. However, you can change the number of days that SLA is calculated.
- On the CommCell Console ribbon, on the Home tab, click Control Panel.
- Click System.
The System dialog box is displayed.
- On the Advanced tab, next to SLA for last list, from the Days list, select the number of days that you want to calculate the SLA percentage for.
- Click OK.
