Adding Items to a Review Set in Compliance Search

After performing a search in Compliance Search, you can move items in search results that you identify as relevant to a case to a review set for additional processing.

Procedure

  1. From the search result window, select the items that you want to add to a review set.
  2. In the search results toolbar, click Add To > Review Set.
  3. In Add To Review Set, click the Review Set list and select the review set that you want to use.

    You can also select Create New to create a new review set for the selected items.

  4. In the Selection Range, click:
    • Selected - To add the selected files/emails in the current page to the  Review Set.
    • This Page - To add all the files/emails in the current page to the  Review Set.
    • All - To add all the files/emails in the search result to the  Review Set.
  5. Click OK.
